Private PA with Property Experience

We are  ideally looking to recruit a degree educated, bright Private PA to work for a highly academic family living in Central London.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 6pm, within a private house. One day can be worked remotely if required.

This Private PA will be heavily involved with all Private PA duties, alongside overseeing all the admin generated from several properties in London and surrounding areas. Ideal job for a PA who has previously worked for a property company before.

This role would suit an articulate, highly pro-active, peoples’ person who is able to push back with builders, contracts, suppliers, making sure they are carrying out all scheduled work in timely fashion.  All PAs applying must be naturally tech savvy, happy producing and maintaining maintenance schedules and reports, able to bullet point complex information concisely for principals with limited time, executing actions quickly on their behalf.

A highly demanding but fun PA position offering a huge amount of variety for an energetic, can-do Private PA looking to get involved with all sorts of exciting projects, including the acquisition of additional properties. Also required to manage household budgets, multiple weekly invoices and any interior design research.

A very varied, interesting role for someone passionate about property looking to work within a private household environment. Previous experience having previously worked for a high net-worth family before with a large property portfolio a huge plus, but not essential.

All PAs applying must be happy to be working within a private household environment, occasionally required to be on call out of hours.
